Due to ongoing expansion, Project Technik Limited is seeking a Full-Time Sales Person to join our retail department. The selected candidate will report to the Shop Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with over-the-counter purchases.
  • Conduct all sales-related activities with a focus on customer service and closing sales.
  • Stay informed about the company, its products, and stock levels, and attend relevant courses as instructed.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to customer service, proactive behavior, self-motivation, and natural sales acumen.
  • Maintain effective record-keeping and management of all documents to ensure accurate stock levels and inventory control.
  • Communicate with neccessary personnel and contractual parties to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up on quotes.
  • Assist in deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and neat environment on the premises at all times.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficient in inventory management.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as carrying boxes and loading orders.
  • Possess a clean driving license.
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (knowledge of Italian is considered an asset).
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Loyal, trustworthy, and possess a can-do attitude.

Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
