Cleaning Supervisor

The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Overseeing cleaners in their daily duties, ensuring all standards are followed at all times;
  • Respond to client requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner;
  • Conducting Daily pre-shift meetings and inspecting cleaners as they are working, giving guidance to ensure that deficiencies are corrected
  • Lead, train and supervise cleaners to ensure their performance is to the standards required
  • Inspecting rooms to ensure they are ready to the level of standard determined by the company

Furthermore, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Preferably one to two years previous housekeeping experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • A can-do attitude with a very good eye for detail
